I'm a mother of three and love to capture connections through photos. I am located in Whangarei where there is an abundance of beautiful spots to take some wonderful photos. Whether you are interested in capturing the wonder of a maternity session, celebrating the beauty of your newborn or documenting the chaos of your family, I love to use light and texture in our surroundings to remember those important moments of your life.
Glanville House Photography came out of my passion for exisiting in photographs for our children. I just love those old photographs that are passed down through generations because they capture a moment in time. I truly believe that we (particularly as mothers) need to be in front of the lens, rather than behind it, and record those special moments in our lives. And what better way to do that than with a photographer who is passionate about capturing those beautiful moments!
Why me?
Actually taking photos is just the tip of the iceberg. We all have a camera on our phone, so taking photos is relatively easy! But I can offer so much more. I offer the opportunity for you to spend some time, just you and your family, doing what makes you happy. In that time, you can forget about all distractions, unravel and just enjoy the time. I have a few tricks up my sleeve to get teenagers to cooperate, dads to loosen up and toddlers to listen. I also have the option to borrow a dress or two so you don't even need to worry about shopping. And to top it off, I can organise all the printing and albums once you receive your gallery.
